Indophonie est un projet de confluence musicale qui comme toute œuvre véritable est née spontanément et sans calcul, résultat de mon retour d'Inde, après six ans d’incubation boréale en Suède, ma guitare m’a dictée ces compositions. C’est ma première mise en forme occidentale de la musique indienne, ici pour le chant khyal principalement. Un arrangement pour petit ensemble de cordes et percussions est prévu, à suivre... Ce sont des extraits.

Indophonie is a musical confluence project born spontaneously and without calculation like all true creation, a result of my return from India after six years of nordic incubation in Sweden, my guitar dictated these compositions to me. It was my first attempt to capture an indian musical idiom in a waestern form, here mainly for Khyal singing. An arrangement for a small string ensemble and percussion is in the making. Stay tuned..
